Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) has recently hired Ty Rothenberger to be a Retail Northwest Regional Manager.
Ty is a 12-year trusted industry professional with an unyielding passion to build and be part of top performing mortgage origination teams. In his new role with PRMG, he will be responsible for further assisting in capturing Branch Managers and Mortgage Loan Originators within the Northwest Region and the West Coast who are seeking to transition to a new and better originator centric home.
“I'm looking forward to providing the resources of a well-capitalized lender that has a pro originator-based platform. PRMG is a privately held, non-institutionally funded and controlled lender that provides all of the expected resources in today’s mortgage lending environment. PRMG is the place where decisions and resolutions can be efficiently executed and implemented. It truly shows as PRMG is Built by Originators for Originators”, said Rothenberger.
Rothenberger helped grow Pinnacle Capital Mortgage Group over the last nine years from a small regional mortgage lender to one of the top producing lenders on the west coast. He played a key role in moving Pinnacle Capital Mortgage through its acquisition by Finance of America Mortgage (FAM) and spent the previous 2.5 years with FAM as the AVP of Loan Production for the Western Division.
Ty will be reporting to Chris Sorensen, SVP of National Retail Production. “PRMG continues to attract top talent who seek more than a guarantee, they seek a home. Ty Rothenberger is a professional who supported his Branch Managers and Loan Officer’s in a manner that is reminiscent of a day when individuals, not Hedge Funds and REITS, owned mortgage companies and cared for their team. PRMG is the company he sought to share with those who value relationships with their owners, much the same way they promote themselves to their realtor referral partners, that will allow Ty to build with confidence. We’re honored to have him aboard and are excited to support him and his future growth”, said Sorensen.
