New PRMG Retail Branch Open for Business in Kingwood, Texas!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its Southwest region by opening their new retail location at 1521 Green Oak Place, Unit 197, Kingwood, TX 77339. This newest location will be co-managed by, Branch Manager, Gabriel Winslow and Branch Manager, Sue Lemke.
Gabriel Winslow, PRMG Kingwood, TX Branch Manager
Gabriel Winslow has 3 years of mortgage experience and has worked at previous companies such as Mortgage Solutions and Century Oaks Title. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Attorney and the former President of Title Company. Gabriel continues to make his skills apparent as he, year after year, doubles his teams’ production. “I'm very excited to be tasked with building and creating a customer service-oriented origination team. We help people realize the American dream of homeownership on-a-daily basis, and that's a really cool thing to get to do for a living,” says Gabriel.
Sue Lemke, PRMG Kingwood, TX Branch Manager
Sue has 31 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has worked for Mortgage Connextions LP, Bay Equity Home Loans, and CalPacific Mortgage prior to PRMG. She prides herself on funding 203 home loans when the Kingwood community was devastated in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. “These kinds of things just stand out in one’s mind when [times] are trying [and knowing we have] the knowledge that we can make a difference,” says Sue Lemke, “It was a great feeling to be able to contribute to first time homeowners in which a family was able to bring their child to their new home from the hospital.”
Sue is also heavily vested in the veteran community. She was part of a radiothon raising over $1 million dollars to fund a program allowing hospitalized Veterans to reconnect with their families for the holidays. She was also given the opportunity to visit the Pentagon where her and her team were recognized for their contribution towards helping medically retired Veterans transition to civilian life. Her experience with WFFS continues till this day and further fuels her passion for VA loans and the Veteran community. Sue says, “I'm really excited to work with Gabe utilizing PRMG's platform to develop and lead a team representing our values and drive.”
