Ariel Melendez Featured in NMP's Most Influential 40 under 40 List

Congratulations to PRMG’s Ariel Melendez for being named in NMP as part of their Most Influential Achievers 40 under 40!

Ariel has been with PRMG since 2011 and is the Regional Fulfillment Center Operations Manager at PRMG’s Plantation, FL office. His leadership and skill set has enabled the division to grow to serving 6 - 7 regions across the United States.

During his tenure with PRMG, Ariel has successfully managed his team over time to funding over 3,000 units per month for the retail and wholesale divisions they serve.

He is a born leader. His success can be attributed to his ability to prioritize and remain calm, especially when leading his team through tough times, putting out fires that arise when expediting funded loans, and dealing with the demands from the divisions they serve.

“Ariel is easy to work with and takes direction very well. He and his team makes it a point to deliver a quality loan file every time and in a timely manner,” said Herb Lewis, PRMG Divisional VP.
