New PRMG Retail Branch Opens in Hiawassee, GA!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its East Coast region by opening their new retail location at 695 N. Main Street, Suite D, Hiawassee, GA 30546.
The newest location will be managed by, Branch Manager, Genny McGeary, who has 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to working for PRMG, she has worked for Northpointe Bank, Goldwater Bank and Saddle Ridge Mortgage.

Genny has lived all over the country, Colorado, Texas, Idaho, Wyoming, Mobile, AL and now North Carolina. Opening new branches and gaining business in a new city is always hard work. But since having lived in so many different places, Genny can use the experience she has learned from doing various types of loans in these different cities to her advantage. With all of that under her belt, she says her favorite part of the job is when she has a new borrower who is doubtful in their ability to obtain a home but fast forward a few months down the road and that same borrower is sitting at a closing table making one of the most important purchases of their life. Now she can take that knowledge and apply it to PRMG, “I am very excited to work with PRMG and all of their resources,” says Genny Mcgeary.
This branch will also be managed by Branch Sales Manager, Bonnye Williams who is a two-time winner of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, MBAG, Gold award. “Happiness is like a butterfly, the more you chase it, the more it will elude you. But if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and softly sit on your shoulder,” says Bonnye Williams.
Genny McGeary and Bonnye Williams will report directly to, Regional Manager, Ricky Wilson and will have the full support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production, Chris Sorensen.
