# 1 - TOP WORKPLACES 2021: PRMG builds its foundation on a culture of family!

Paul Rozo, PRMG Founder and CEO

Founder and CEO of Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG), Paul Rozo, was featured in an exposé highlighting PRMG’s victorious fourth consecutive win as a Top Place to Work for by the Inland News Group. While the company has enjoyed many local and national top rankings throughout its existence, this most recent ranking is extra special because it is PRMG’s first time reigning in at the #1 spot!

Samantha Gowen, Business Editor for the Southern California News Group, highlighted the 20-year journey PRMG has been on, showing why they have earned the #1 title in the Inland Empire!

A challenge has never deterred PRMG from exceeding the goals they have set forth. The mortgage lender has created a ‘Path to Pivot’ by investing in smarter technology and pairing that with something that lies near and dear to their core, ‘relationships’-- relationships with their clients, customers, and their employees.

A pandemic, a booming housing market and a 20th anniversary marked a record-setting year for earning PRMG its first trip to the top of the large company category in the annual Top Workplaces program.

Rozo was interviewed and asked a series of questions which ranged from employee culture, to navigating the pandemic, transitioning to working remotely and finally, maintaining a work-life balance. He gives much of the credit to his leadership team and the 250 employees who have been with him since the Great Recession.

“Building a strong foundation has helped us during the transition of what is considered to be the ‘new normal’ of working remotely, while managing to ensure each and every one of our sales and operations teams can deliver the best possible service levels and create a raving-fan experience for our customers.” said Rozo.

These are just some of the many reasons why PRMG is consistently ranked as one of the nation’s best lenders to work with and the #1 lender to work for.
