Congratulations Michelle Lilley! From Regional Manager to Divisional Vice President!

From day one with a laser-focus on developing the Northern California market it comes as no surprise after two short years why Michelle Lilley has been promoted to Divisional Vice President for the Northern California Territory.

The Northern California fulfilment center Michelle started from scratch in 2018 has been designated as its own division. It is now one of three designated Wholesale/Retail divisions within the company.  In her new position, Michelle will be in-charge of continuing to build the lending division throughout Northern California as well as into the Northwest, with a primary focus on Wholesale lending.  We look forward to watching Michelle and the amazing fulfilment team and sales team she has built continue to dominate the SF Bay Area market and beyond.

In such a very short time, Michelle and her team have grown production from zero to upwards of $85 million funded per month – volume that did not exist from this market for PRMG prior to her arrival.  This is with just four account executives; plus two more who have recently joined the team.  Now that they have been designated as their own division, they have a heightened focus and the autonomy to grow the territory exponentially.  The goal is to build this new division to $250m in 18 months and upwards of a half billion the year after that.  This is our mission. 

Michelle will now report directly to Partner and Chief Lending Officer, Kevin Peranio. “Michelle is one of the rare leaders in the industry that can inspire, communicate, organize and execute a growth plan while managing both Ops and Sales.  This ability brings harmony to the team allowing all involved to serve Originators in their respective communities at an incredibly effective level.  PRMG walks the walk adding yet another deserving woman to Senior Management. This isn’t said to pander to any social trends but rather to reiterate a long, rich tradition of promoting anyone deserving of a seat at the table.  Michelle found her voice years ago and she earned the right to use it at the highest levels of PRMG’s boardroom,” said Peranio.
