In 2019, PRMG launched the Women’s Advisory Council as an internal method of empowering employees within PRMG and ultimately the mortgage industry. This council was introduced to provide a forum to kickstart careers, remove barriers and make progress together but is not limited to women. Our initial chairperson was Christine Beckwith, renowned Mortgage Veteran, Speaker, Author, and President of 20/20 Vision for Success Coaching.

This year, we are excited to introduce our newest chairperson, Kristin Messerli, Founder and CEO of Cultural Outreach. Some of you may remember her as one of the featured speakers during the 6th Annual Leadership Conference. For those of you that aren’t familiar with Messerli, she has over 13 years of experience working in multicultural business and social work. With her company, Cultural Outreach, she assists companies in the housing industry better reach Millennials and multicultural consumers through diversity training, multicultural content and cause-driven marketing.

As the next chairperson for the Women’s Advisory Council, she will be touching on some of the topics above, but also on women centric topics such as: mind and body wellness, the power of negotiating, personal branding, and much more!

“I had the pleasure of watching Kristin build her business Cultural Outreach and act as an ambassador on behalf of all millennials as it relates to the mortgage industry. She is industry known and is currently contracted with National Mortgage Insurance providing great content and value. She was a guest speaker at our Leadership Conference this past year and really brought tremendous value to the audience at PRMG. So having said that, I'm proud to announce Kristin as our chairperson for the next year of the PRMG Women's Advisory Council,” said Kevin Peranio, PRMG Chief Lending Officer.

PRMG wants to inspire a spark in women that will keep them pushing for more. By motivating them to band together, hand-in-hand, to make contributions, will make a difference not only for themselves but, throughout the Mortgage Industry!

The Women’s Advisory Council monthly calls will occur the third Friday of every month and are open to any PRMG Employee.
